Pépé - Spaghetti Cacio e pepe (Serves 2)

Ingredients: Pasta: Durum flour (durum flour, iron,niacin,thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Water. Sauce: Milk, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum

Cooking Instruction

1- Drop pasta into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

2- While pasta is cooking, gently heat sauce into a saucepan on medium low heat.

3- When pasta is cooked, drain and add to the sauce. Reserve pasta water

4- Toss the pasta together until incorporated

5- Add ¼ cup of pasta water at a time to the pan and mix to find desired consistency.

6- Serve and ENJOY!
